Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 1 October 2026

The short version: this website explains what we do. Any work we do for you is agreed in a written plan that you sign before we start, and that written plan is what counts. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law.

1. About us

anchorlinedigital.com is run by Anchorline, a trading name of Mohnish Kumar Balmuri, an individual based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Contact: digitalanchorline@gmail.com. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Information on this website

The website describes our services and how we usually work. It is general information, not a binding offer. Prices, timelines, and exactly what is included are set out in a written plan (a proposal or agreement) that we send you and that you accept before any work starts.

The commitments described on this website (replying within one business day, setting up accounts in your name, milestone payments, and month-to-month ongoing services) describe how we work, and they will be written into your plan. If anything in your signed plan is different from this website, the signed plan applies.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by relying on general information on this website. Our responsibilities for paid work, and any limits on them, are set out in your written plan.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability or any right that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including your rights under consumer protection laws in your country.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot, the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have jurisdiction, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its “Last updated” date, is the current one. Changes do not affect a written plan you have already accepted.
